We can’t always afford a personal masseuse to ease out the tension, soreness, and tight spots in our muscles. But there is a way to massage oneself, with the benefit of being able to control exactly where and how much pressure to apply.
At The Power of Self-Massage workshop we will learn how to release the pain, tension and stress with self- massage.
Self- Massage Workshop Includes:
learning breathing techniques for relaxation.
understanding where we hold pain and fear in our bodies and how to release those areas
teaching ourselves to use our fingertips, knuckles, thumbs, elbows and back of our hands for self-massage
getting rid of knots and tightness in our muscles
physically de-stressing your body so it can work more efficiently.
increasing flexibility
increasing blood flow allowing for faster recovery from workouts.
This training is one of the best ways to learn how to do deep bodywork, to release emotional holding patterns in the body, and to transform your relationship between your body-mind.
