Relaxing Yoga

Isn’t spring the perfect time to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine? :-)

We will work through a relaxing yoga set with gentle movements and stretches which aim to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Physical benefits of yoga include:

  • increased flexibility

  • increased muscle strength and tone

  • improved respiration, energy and vitality

  • maintaining a balanced metabolism

  • weight reduction

  • cardio and circulatory health

  • improved athletic performance

  • protection from injury
