Hidden Grove is a majestic forested area recognized for a web of hiking trails that features numerous huge, old-growth Douglas fir and cedar trees. Located north of Sechelt, the varied paths provide a unique opportunity to design a route through a lush West Coast forest on trails that are carefully preserved.
Nature walks offer relaxing, low-impact, and accessible outdoor experiences, often called ecotherapy, that improve mental health and provide gentle exercise.
Join us and Becky Wayte as she guides the walk and discusses wildlife and trees along the route.
