Bibimbap (비빔밥) is a Korean rice dish with assorted vegetables and meat. The word bibimbap literally means "mixed rice" in Korean, and the mixing usually happens at the table by the diner. The dish is served with a gochujang (고추장) sauce. You can make endless variations to this dish depending on your taste and dietary requirements (e.g. microgreens bibimbap) and even adapt it to the dish or bowl it is served in.
