Supports for Ukrainians
Ukrainians fleeing violence will now have more access to services and support with the expansion of the Service BC phone line to include United Way’s bc211 service.
The Province of BC has launched a new website and phone line to support and welcome Ukrainians who are moving to the province, as well as for anyone who wants to volunteer or donate to show their support.
The website is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian and translation services are available on the phone line in Ukrainian, Russian and 140 other languages.

Through bc211, Ukrainians arriving in BC can connect to food and shelter services, mental health support, financial and legal assistance, and more.
bc211 is available 24 hours a day, with service available in Ukrainian and Russian. This expanded service will also help British Columbians looking to provide support.
